We are a small farm selling Angus cross beef by 1/4, 1/2, or whole. We focus on rotational grazing and feed them hay we cut and bale in the winter months. We supplement their diet with a little grain to make sure there is enough marbling in the meat. We do not use hormones and only use antibiotics when absolutely necessary ( which is rare and we follow proper withdrawal times to ensure it is not in your meat). We are BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) certified and strive to raise healthy happy cattle. We would be honored to provide your family with quality meat that you can be assured is humanely raised, healthy for you, and tastes delicious! We charge $3.50/lb hanging weight and the butcher charges their fee. Pickup is in Warsaw. Our beefers hanging weight averages approximately 150 lbs per quarter.
